Hi my name is Belén ! Thank you for choosing me as your Lash Artist. I’m looking forward to lashing you! Please Read Policies before booking your appointment. Policies are Strictly Enforced BOOKING POLICY A $25 non-refundable Booking Fee will be required upon booking any services. Any rescheduled or cancelled appointments made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged the cancellation fee 50% of the service and lose any deposit made. Clients are only allowed to reschedule ONCE. Booking Fees / Deposits will go towards service, remaining balance can be paid via Apple Pay or Cash, VISA. APPOINTMENT INFO Must be 18 years old to book any services without a parent and/or guardian consent. I DO NOT accept foreign fills. Unfortunately, I do not work on top of another artist work, if you have any extensions please book a removal & a full set. PLEASE NO GUESTS during the time of your appointment. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME; Guests have a 15 minute grace period if you fail to arrive within this time range your appointment may be cancelled & rescheduled. FOR ALL REFILLS You MUST have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining to be eligible for a fill or you will be charged for a full set. Anything booked AFTER a 3 week mark (21 days) will be considered a Full Set. Failure to arrive with clean lashes / heavy eye makeup, mascara, lash glue will result in $10 additional fee. Cancellation Policy
Please contact me to cancel / reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the Scheduled Service so that you do not lose your $25 deposit.
Any no shows will automatically lose the deposit & will be charged 50% of service fee.
